We held off as long as we could, but the 2022 Midwest Haz Mat Conference will be hosted virtually again due to the pandemic. The program features over 70 hours of first-class haz mat training and the booth fee is only $150.00 this year.

This year you are invited to participate as both an exhibitor AND a presenter. In addition to a virtual booth, the first ten exhibitors to register will be provided with a 60 minute workshop to feature your company. Your presentation can include sales, education, instruction of specific equipment or a combination.

And you can decide whether you want your virtual booth to be dynamic or static.

Static booths will allow you to upload sales literature and videos for attendees to download but you will not need to monitor your booth online. Prospective customers can leave their information so you can contact them later.

Dynamic booths will allow you to the same features as a static booth PLUS you can meet with attendees virtually online.

Either way you can still get a workshop at no additional cost.

You can view your information and you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your submittal was received. If you do not receive the confirmation email your proposal was not submitted. Due to the reduced time period all sales are final. There will be no refunds or cancellations accepted this year.
